BuzzBingo.com integrates Playtech technology

British omni-channel gaming software and services innovator Playtech has announced that the recently-launched online casino and bingo domain at BuzzBingo.com is utilizing its technology including its award-winning Information Management Solution (IMS) platform.

Pair working closely:

The London-listed firm used an official Monday press release to declare that it has ‘collaborated closely’ with BuzzBingo.com ever since the domain formerly branded under the Gala Bingo moniker debuted earlier this month by providing it with a portfolio of online casino and bingo content.

IMS advantages:

Playtech stated that its IMS innovation incorporates ‘a comprehensive CRM toolset’ while the new Engagement 360 platform is to give BuzzBingo.com the ability to design and optimize ‘end-to-end player journeys’.

Innovator hails ‘most ambitious project’:

Shimon Akad, Chief Operating Officer for Playtech, described the launch of BuzzBingo.com as ‘the most ambitious project our team has delivered to date’ before revealing that the site is to moreover utilize his firm’s Playtech Open Platform (POP) to give players access to a large portfolio of original and third-party games.

Akad’s statement read…

“A huge amount of work has gone into delivering a comprehensive ‘day one’ experience including a rich third-party games offering from both a bingo and casino perspective. With further technical enhancements to come and with a series of major third-party content providers already on board, we’re confident that this is the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship with BuzzBingo.com.”

Integration continues:

Regarding the future, Playtech explained that it now intends to fully synchronize BuzzBingo.com’s retail and virtual offerings so as to create ‘a true omni-channel experience’. It proclaimed that this process is to encompass the migration of the site’s full retail player account base to IMS so that aficionados will be able to utilize a single wallet for land-based and online play.

Operator praises ‘smooth experience’:

For his part, Chris Matthews, Chief Executive Officer for BuzzBingo.com, declared that the collaboration with Playtech has allowed the operator to offer its players ‘one of the widest selections of bingo games and slots on the market’ while furthermore delivering ‘an enhanced player journey’ for the land-based and online verticals.

Matthews’ statement read…

“It’s fantastic to see all the amazing work that has gone into this project come to fruition. Delivering and implementing the new platform has been a major undertaking but the commitment and professionalism of the Playtech team has made it a smooth experience and we’re delighted with the results. The wider BuzzBingo.com team and I are looking forward to continuing to work with Playtech as we take the platform to the next stage.”
